Paris in April

We have a week in Paris and are keen to eat in a range of restaurants. so far we have Chez Georges and Chez Denise on our list - any other suggestions?

    Not sure what you are looking for but my daughter and I had a very good meal at moderate price at Le Hangar, 12 impasse Berthaud in the 3rd - just behind the Pompidou Centre (01 42 74 55 44 metro Rambuteau). We were the only English speakers in the restaurant and everything was fresh and delicious, although not cutting edge. Dinner ran about 60 E a person.
