L'Eau a la Bouche
We were there in December 2006. The restuarant is really excellent, classic French with good local ingredients, and a nice light touch with the sauces (try the sweetbreads, the best I've had). The wine list is also excellent with a good selection of mid-priced bottles, private imports, and nice choices by the glass. Forget the hotel though, that was a waste of money. If you need to stay the night, find another hotel.
