Went with a native Mandarin speaker. Ordered seafood hotpot, with "minimum to zero calamari". What we were served was 90% calamari. Waitress denied this was the case, refused to take it back or make us happy in any way, just dug in her heels, became unpleasant & defiant. Left $0.05 tip. Am sure it's from the owner on down: if a waitron makes a mistake it's charged against their paycheck. Never again. In this place's view the customer is the enemy and is always wrong.

One way to get your "BEST" answer is to scroll down to a subject with extramsg's name and click on that name. Then scroll down the subjects on which he has posted.

      Extramsg regularly compiles PDX data.

To put it a different way, your question has been done numerous times b4, you just need to do a little searching rather than ask for a repeat.
