A few weeks ago we were in the Albany area. We were in the mood for fried fish and decided to try The Harbor House. Yikes ! I'm not sure what the draw is here. The type of fish is not listed (my guess is that it was the dreaded Pollock). The serving of fried clams (I think it was $7.95) was barely enough to make a clam roll and were 95% breading. The tartar sauce was homemade but was awful (why bother when Cains is such an excellent product).
I would give this place a 4 out of 10 (points for very good onion rings).
