Where to find a good version aside from my current favorite: Sakagura?

I'm not sure if these restaurants would fit in to this category, but I know that they have amazing pork belly: 5 Ninth, Momofuku

I don't remember if they always have them on their menu, but I had good versions of this at Ushi Wakamaru along Houston and at Donburi Ya on 47th between 3rd and Lexington.

In addtion to Ushi, Donburi, and Ariyoshi, these restaurants also have them:

EN Japanese Brasserie (average), Morimoto (better) , and Aburiya Kinnosuke (only has it sometimes as special)

almost any izakaya will have buta kakuni, as noted above, but Sakagura's IS the best.
