Where to buy middle eastern ingredients in Denver?

Megiac Apr 1, 2007 12:43 PM

My efforts to expand my kitchen repertoire have now moved on to Moroccan and Lebanese food. Is there a good market in Denver to buy ingredients like preserved lemons, sumac, rose water, etc.?

Try the International Market (2020 S. Parker Road), the Middle Eastern Market (2254 S. Colorado Blvd.), or Arash Grocery and Deli at 2159 S. Parker Rd.

I shop at Arash a few times a week. Whole Foods has preserved lemons in their olive bar. Also try Trader Joe's when they open on February 14th.
