Vegas Trip For Wife's B-Day

I'm planning on going vegas for my wifes birthday for 3 days and need some recs. I'm gonna splurge so breakfast/lunch/dinner at some great restaurants is something she's looking forward too besides some shows. We cant decide between Emeril's or Delmonico's for dinner but want to eat at one of Emeril's places while here. How is the steakhouse at the Palms? Looking for some breakfast/lunch/dinner recs please.

n9ne at the palms is very good...i personally enjoy delmonico's but there are some fellow chowers that don't care for the place - i concur on the bone in rib-eye...awesome !! if you want "elegant" steakhouse go with prime, if you want cool/hip go with either n9ne or stripsteak if you want "standard" then either delmonico's or craftsteak - the local paper food critic just recently gave high marks to morton's..i think they are decent, but i find it to be a little "boring"

I need some recs besides the "steakhouse scene" How's Rosemary's ? I hear alot about that place. How's Hubert Keller's Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay. What about Bradley Ogden?

I have eaten at both of Emerils restaurants in las Vegas. Both were great. Had a fish dinner at Emerils. (It was a few years ago so I don't remember exactly what it was. But at Delmonico's. The bone in Ribeye is the only way to go! Fantastic.

A fun place to eat and a great wine list. As with any famous eating place in Vegas, bring your wallet.
