OK, if you're amenable to driving a wee bit further, like to Fullerton, you will be rewarded.

Yogurtland in Fullerton on State College and Chapman.

I live in Irvine and I make a special trip out there often.

Here are some pictures and details of the place:

Love love love Golden Sppon. Try peanut butter & strawberry swirled together.

            Hey elmomonster,

My brother and I just made a trip out to Yogurtland from Irvine. We were at first kind of overwhelmed by all the yogurt machines. It looked like a Yogurt factory there. I got mango and green tea and topped with it off with some blueberries. I thought I made pretty good choices and pretty much cleaned up my container. My brother went for the NY Cheesecake and Strawberry Tart. I didnt like they Cheescake flavored yogurt .. ithad a weird artificial taste to it. The Strawberry Tart on the other hand was a hit. Thanks for the rec! I can't wait for the Irvine one to open!

        2. Cafe Lucca in the Orange Circle (actually in the 100 block of North Chapman) has a couple of yoghurts... it's mostly gelato, though, and boy is it tasty.

Sorry, it's actually the 100 block of North Glassell -- Chapman runs east/west.

          1. I am a fan of Strickland's, but it's next to UCI.

They are frozen custard ice cream, but always have two frozen yogurt flavors ready.

Goldmine Frozen Yougurt on Chapman and Newport in East Orange. OTW, I'd say you're stuck with the aforementioned Golden Spoon on Chapman

            2. Orange does not have many frozen yogurt places at all, let alone enough places to find yogurt nirvana. I second Das Ubergeek's suggestion about Caffe Lucca. Their gelato is better than most frozen yogurt I have ever had.

Have you tried Yogurt D'Italia on Harbor and Katella? I keep meaning to go, but then I get seduced by the siren song of Italian ice from down Harbor and somehow I always end up at Joe's.
