Just discovered the joy of my silpat

I got one as a gift years back and finally broke it out. It works wonderfully when making toffee. All the goo got crispy and peeled right off my jelly roll. Now I wonder what I was waiting for. I might have to try it next time I bake mollasses cookies which are also very sticky.

Isn't Silpat wonderful? Don't even want to think about how I'd manage without my Silpat liners!

Steve - I think that they make them to fit into commercial/professional sized baking sheets. I got my Silpat and baking sheet from the kitchen supply store and they fit perfectly together. The bonus is that stuff is (usually) a better price at these stores.
