Ditto. I have always found that the menu itself explains dishes appropriately. No matter, do ask your captain to explain the preparations--usually I am faced with not being able to decide amongs competing offerings. The preparation explanations help as tie breakers. I particularly like the tasting menu (please mention any food allergies/aversions and they will be accommodated). Love the pureed potatoes as a side too. This often comes with some entrees. My favorites at Bouley have been any lamb and duck entrees. I am not a fish fan but whatever I have had here has been spectacular. Enjoy.
