      <content>Go to TJ Maxx, Home Goods, and/or Marshalls and buy one or two individual Calph knives if they have them.  They are usually &lt; $20.  See if you like it.  I buy a lot of things at those stores.  OT -  they carry really nice cookware, but they usually stack them one on top of another, which, or course, scratches them.  I wish they wouldn't do that because their prices are great.</content>
