Asian-Ya on Gateway. Has anyone been?

I happened to see their sign for Grand Opening so I convinced a friend to go check it out with me earlier this week for lunch. Alas, the place was closed despite the sign and there was nothing posted about their hours. I got a glimpse of the blackboard listing a menu reminiscent of Tofu-Ya. If anyone's been there, please let me know what you think of it.

BTW, we saw a small Japanese place down a block or so w/ a cute little fish sign outside, you know, like the biblical fish, but no name and decided to give it a go. It turns out the place is called Mori Sushi, and we were sorely disappointed. It was a very expensive lunch and the tempura, sashimi, salad, etc were nothing special at all. I would have much preferred the extra 1/4 mile drive to any of the places on Sawtelle.

If you scroll to the bottom of this thread (link below) there is at least one current review.
