Dinner suggestions for Vegas

I know this question has been asked a million times on here but I have one more night to make a dinner reservation for in Vegas on the strip. We already have reservations at Joel Robuchon at the Mansion and RAO’s for dinner as well as Bouchon for breakfast and Mesa Grill for lunch. I thinking maybe a steakhouse, but don’t totally have my mind made up. This is our first foodie excursion to Vegas and want to make it memorable! What one place would you add to the list? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you want a steakhouse, consider Prime at the Bellagio. I've heard great things and wish we had gone there instead of Delmonicos.

Joel Robuchon is truly a dining experience. Budget at least 4 hours and skip lunch.

Prime is really amazing if you want a great steak in a very grand modern mafia steakhouse sort of experience, delmonico was good but i would definitely do prime over it. Prime can be very hard to get a reservation so I will list some other restaurants. I was not a huge fan of RAO's personally. Fleur De Lys is awesome and lighter which might be nice after atelier and Rao's. Craftsteak is phenomenal. Circo and Olives in the bellagio are both very fun settings with food that, while not being the level of say robuchon or savoy, is certainly enjoyable and worth it. DB Brasserie is very good. I hear great thinks about Alex but have not been there myself.
