Do you want the sculpted kind that looks like something else (a shoebox? the eiffel tower?) The old-fashioned kind with lots of tiers and columns? Or a simpler layer cake with buttercream frosting? If you're looking for the latter, Soutine on the UWS did a great job on ours. It was a delicious yellow cake with buttercream frosting and raspberry filling.
