Friday Fish Fry?

Anyone know of a place in Manhattan or Brooklyn that does a good Friday Fish Fry? Ideally, it'd be Midwest-style with potato pancakes and apple sauce. But, I'll take what I can get. Would rather not settle on Chip Shop.
