Anyone else think there is something wrong with this recipe? It needs salt (I wonder if the omission was a mistake) and didn't puff up for me. I've made Dutch Babies with no puffing trouble before from other recipes.
I added a pinch, almost a whiff, of baking soda and it puffed up beautifully. however, the lemon juice made it drop. also, the powdered sugar really needs to be spread throughout or it tastes really eggy. also, does everyone else's taste so eggy?
