Mail Order/Online Spices? [moved from Home Cooking board]

I would like to send a host thank you gift of an assortment of spices. He loves to cook. Not too spicy but definitely creative. Is there a co called (not sure of spelling) Penzy's or something else? Was thinking of spending about $20-25 if possible. Any suggestions/websites? Or maybe I could send a gift certificate and he could choose his own perhaps. TIA. :)

If you're into a bargain, like I am, check out the prices of the San Francisco Herb Company. It may be "herb and spice" company or a slight variation, my brain is slow today - but there's only one (check online) with a similar name.

I would try Kalustyans although I don't know how the prices compare.
