Gourmet burgers

Thinking about that Kobe beef burger at N9ne, I remembered back when Chris Ward did the foie gras-topped burger at Paris Vendome. And there is something called a lobster burger on the lunch menu at the Mansion now. But is there a lamb burger anywhere? And is anybody in Dallas putting foie gras on a burger? And who does the best kobe burger? Oh and where are really really good matchstick fries? Must be dinner time.
