I have been to the subject restaurant once and enjoyed it. I am contemplating a trip in the near future to the Poconos and would appreciate recent feedback on their menu and service.

If you want to try a good resturant in the Poconos try Charlie Weavers rest. in white Haven, pa,not far from Blakeslee.Take Whirte Haven exit off 80 go towards White Haven, At stop sign go striahgt onto rt 437 about 3 minutes from there) pass Murphy's Lumber on your right then will see Skitos barn on left, right across from that is Tunnel road and a small sign for Charlie Weavers make a right and its just down the road a little bit on Left. great food, people,prices,good bq menu and if you like it Hot ask for it Merris way and mention this web site. I second that recommendation! We found Charlie Weavers a few weeks ago -- it is wonderful. Does look like a nondescript roadhouse from the outside but inside...it's delicious. BarBQ is quite good and the cornbread pudding is great as well. Mention this site to the owner if you go.

My husband and I ate there this winter -- maybe two months ago. Menu has a few changes -- we both enjoyed our meals. Food good, service good; feel confidently positive about a return visit.
