Just a heads up that we're expecting some site downtime on Wednesday evening around 6PM PDT for a server move. It's expected to last about an hour.

This says 6 pm, but the note at the top of the screen (which I greatly appreciate, by the way!) says 5 pm -- which is it?

I think the note at the top has some time zone stuff built in--but I'm not sure it's working. It alternates between 6 and 8 for me.

Hmm, that's weird, because I'm in PDT, so it should say 6 for me.

...and now it says 1 am. Strange.

The alert feature is new, so I'm sure Engineering will need some time to work the bugs out of it. In the meantime, the 6o'clock PDT is the time they gave me when I chatted with them about it, so it's most likely correct.
