Anyone have a great recipe they can share? I assume they cook up like regular lentils, but what do they pair nicely with? Anything unusual I can do?
the trick with these is to cook them at very gentle heat so they hold their shape. i usually cook them in chicken stock with aromatics. i love them with brightly contrasting foods like rabbit and salmon.
