What's the News with The New Italian Pavilion Restaurant at Epcot?

Since Alfredo's will be closing on 8/31/07 Disney has been in "Discussions" with a new partner.....Has anyone heard what the story is or who the new Partner may be?

It was just announced that the Patina Restaurant Group will create a new flagship restaurant for the Italy pavilion at Epcot. They will run a restaurant there starting 9/1/07 (I assume just a generic Italian restaurant?) but their flagship restaurant will open in Fall 2008. It looks like they do a lot of restaurants in cultural/arts theaters and they also have restaurants at Downtown Disney California.
