Best taquitos, other Mexican catering ideas?

I have seen recent reviews for El Tepeyac's taquitos--wondering are they better than the place (don't know the name) at the end of Olvera St?

Also any other ideas for providing food for a Mexican buffet for our teenager's movie shoot?

EL Tepeyac's Chicken Taquitos are unbelievable. Huge and with a ton of Guac.
