Veal Stock

Where can I purchase some good quality one? Don't have time to make it.
At the same time, where is a good place for the bones when I do have time to make it?

Cumbrae's is located at 481 Church St., a short walk south of Wellesley St. East.

The Healthy Butcher on Queen has good veal stock.

Soon Lee at Markham and Lawrence has large $1. bags of beef bones, fresh every day. This is my main source for stock.

Anyone know a good source for beef bones more centrally located??

I always get my chicken necks and backs at ST Andrews Poultry for chicken stock, but havent found a good source for beef bones.

Don't know if you consider this central, but Nortown at Bayview and York Mills always has beef bones and veal bones for stock.
