A regular hamburger (with patty, lettuce, tomato and bun), with the addition of macaroni and cheese as an additional topping.

Not a mac 'n cheese made with ground up hamburger meat (a la hamburger helper).

Can I get this anywhere in Southern California?

Nikki's in Venice has this on their menu. I've had the burger, it's decent. I've yet to try it with the mac, but I did once get a burger with a side of mac n' cheese. It arrived all on one plate, much to my delight.

To both hrhboo and lilygirl ... just to be clear.

I am NOT talking about ordering a hamburger with a SIDE of mac 'n cheese.

What I want is a hamburger TOPPED with mac 'n cheese.

But thanks for the recs anyhow, maybe it'll just take a little culinary surgery on my part ...
