Pesach in DC

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get Kosher for Pesach groceries etc in the DC area? So far, by visiting a few Safeways and Giants, I have only found a dismal selection of Matza. Anywhere Metro accessible would be great.

I second that suggestion. It's called Katz's Kosher Supermarket.

The first time I did my Pesach shopping there I nearly fainted from happiness at the selection. I think you can take the metro out there and then it's a bit of a hike/bus ride to the grocery store. I'm not sure how long it took, but I definitely did it via public transportation. Try using the trip planner on wmata.com.

Thanks, I have found the website, and think I can get there. I am a British student living alone in DC for a few months, without any of my usual Jewish resources to turn to!
