Tardy Report Back from SF Hound- Silvertone

Hello Hounds - This is a very tardy, brief report back. First off, thanks so much for providing so many wonderful tips. As it happens, I was swamped with work and was only able to visit one place - Silvertone, which was a perfect match for what I sought.

Despite the many yummy things on their menu, I was craving a Cheeseburger, and ordered this, along with fried calamari.

The burger was good, but not great, not juicy enough - probably because they used high quality beef that was a bit lower in fat. Fries were excellent. The fried calamari was also good, but not great - too much batter in my opinion, and too many smallish pieces of squid.

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I lingered for a long time chatting with people at the bar where i was eating, and with the great bartenders. They had an awesome collection of beers on tap.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the report back! To repay the favor, please send one dozen pizzas from Zachary's back to Boston. Promise I'll share with the rest.
