Potato kugelettes

  • 3

I was looking at the thread about Passover show-stoppers, and I came across the recipe for potato kugelettes. Is the measurement of 1 1/2 cups of grated potato accurate? It looks like that is too little to make 24 kugelettes? I would love to make them, but just don't want to find I haven't grated enough potatoes!!!
Thanks

  1. If you will use my recipe for potato bitees, take out the bacon and flour and substitute matzoth meal for it you will have little kugelettes. it is what the recipe started as and I adapted it to suit a New Yer's party hors d'oeuvre a number of years ago.

I want to make individual muffin sized one (not mini). Any idea how to adapt for that?
