Passover Recipes and Web Sites

Hello someone I know suggested that I try this site. I am from Colorado and am looking for some new and different Passover recipes. I am also looking for Web sites that might have Passover recipes. I have tried Kasharut.com and OU.com but am really tired of the same stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try http://www.cyber-kitchen.com/rfcj/ -- the archives of the Jewish food newsgroup. Lots and lots of Pesach recipes, for every occasion. Tried and true which makes a difference. There are probably still some recipes for Passover at Empire Kosher (mostly but not exclusively poultry) -- check the recipe corner at www.empirekosher.com

The Home Cooking board on here has several Passover threads. Be careful, not everything suggested is necessarily KP but even some of the "Passover" threads that used ingredients not available for the holiday gave me some ideas.
