Mexican Breakfast near Beverly Hills

Starting from Beverly Hills, what are the good places for mexican breakfast (huevos rancheros , chilaquiles, etc.) within a 5 mile radius?
My preference is for Tex-Mex rather than Cal-Mex, Oaxacan, etc.

Chulada Grill, on San Vicente, does very good huevos a la mexicana. Although the style is Oaxacan, the breakfast menu is pretty traditional. A mile or two outside your range is The Talpa, on Pico between Barrington and Bundy. Excellent chilaquiles.

A little unexpected, but The Farm on Beverly Dr. has great chilaquiles and huevos rancheros. Hugo's on Santa Monica in WeHo has great chilaquiles (minus the chicken sausage) and something they call "chipotle scramble". I prefer TexMex style myself, and these are pretty good standards in my book, although not true TexMex as I believe that can only be found in Texas.

17th Street Cafe in Santa Monica on Montana does a really good huevos rancheros even though it is not strictly a Mexican place. They also have the best tortilla soup in town!!
