I have been there several times. As someone who lived in Italy for a year, I think I am somewhat qualified. It is quite good. Pretty casual and looks deceivingly like a bad pasta joint. The owner is from southern Italy (Naples?) and went to culinary school there. He is known for his seafood. I think his wife is an American. Hence, the Candia link. Let me know if you try it.
