Soft Granola Recipe Please
I love granola over fruit and yogurt. However, most store bought brands are very hard and crunchy. Does anyone have a good recipe for a soft and chewy granola?

I use slightly less oil, double the cinnamon, sub cranberries for the cherries, and it has become a household favorite. It makes a HUGE batch so you might want to cut in half. Also, I don't typically add the cranberries until the last five mintues or so of cooking time. It is also great to make your house smell yummy.
