BEST PASTRIES IN BROOKLYN?

Hello fellow hounds,

I am looking to find the best partries in the park slope, fort greene and boreum hill areas. Ideally it would be nice to find places that specialize in high end fresh goods and if possible organics.

Delices de Paris on 9th street, between 5 and 6th (opposite side of street from Barbes) is very good. All kinds of delish cakes, tatins, etc. plus nice selection of other fixin's for a lunch in Prospect Park. try it.

Highly recommend Marquet on Court St. at Warren for french pastry and Court St. Pastry on Court at Degraw for italian pastry.
