I'm heading out to Flushing either today or tomorrow and going to check out the Enhanced Pork at one of the aforementioned places--Any personal preferences between the two?

i've had the little pepper version. it has a good amount of thinly sliced pork belly and leeks, with black beans giving the dish a nicely rounded salt flavor. good flavor, but a bit too greasy for my tastes. there are probably better dishes to try.

Have not had it at Little Pepper, but had it on Tues at S&T...I was expecting it to be as orzabelle describes it, but it was lean and delicious...I can't quite figure out how pork belly can be lean, but it was. Porky and good. I think it had leeks with it...we ordered so many things I can't remember...

Yes, leeks. I've had the dish at both places and like them equally, although I lean sentimentally toward S&T.

Exactly. The version at S&T is *not* particularly fatty but it still has plenty of flavor. It's my favorite dish there.

I had it at S&T and thought it was nothing special - bacon and greens (don't remember what greens). i was wowed by everything else we ordered, but not this.
