Asheville on a Monday Night

Looking for a restaurant on a Monday night- most places seem closed
Suggestions? Salsa is open , I think, how is it- other choices appreciated

La Caterina, Savoy, Bouchon, Cafe on the Square, Flying Frog, The Lobster Trap, Vincenzo's, The Left Bank, The Marketplace, Fiore's Ristorante Toscana, Carmel's. Not the only one's but some good choices.

28806 I think is open. Along with the other suggestions Fig in Biltmore village is open ( I think)

Check on Savoy, Rezaz's, and Corner Kitchen. I'm pretty sure 28806 is open...this is a weird time of year pre-tourist season so even some places that aren't normally closed will be.

Had the same problem last Monday. Went to Laughing Seed and though I'm not a vegetarian I enjooyed it.
