Going the extra mile: Camarra comes through

Today I phoned in an order to Camarra for pizza, salad and two lasagnes for pick up, as I was in the West End, stuck in heavy traffic and expecting guests shortly after my delayed arrival back home.

On reaching home, I found the lasagnes were missing: the other bag only contained the salad.

Camarra's charming telephonist not only promptly sent a delivery man with the food - which beat the guests' arrival ! - but also very kindly sent me some biscotti and tomato-basil sauce. This was not at all necessary; but it was very much appreciated. It is an example of going the extra mile not found in many establishments these days. (Indeed other places of supposed repute where the same sort of event has happened have said to me "You should have checked your order.")

That's why Camarra rules !
