I was just there for lunch. Not too crowded and I was able to get a seat at the ceviche bar immediately (I don't think there would have been much of a wait for a table even at 1:00). The waiters were busy and somwehat overloaded but still able to put on a pleaseant face and give even a single diner like me enough attention.
I had the salmon seviche (with passionfruit). The fishe was good, but the sweet tartness ofthe passionfruit was what really made the dish. A good dish for this warm day. I also tried the carnitas taco and the grasshopper taco. The carnitas was good, but a little fatty. The layer of fat was soft and chewy and counterbalanced by fried pork rinds, but ti was just a bit rich for my tastes. The grashoppers were crunchy and not oily. They had a nice nutty flavor and were accompanied by a slather of avocado. I have had many grasshoppers as snacks in Africa, and these were as good as I have ever had, except for my wife's peppery recipe.
