Caribbean Cooking Classes?

Is anyone aware of any cooking school/studio in Toronto that offers Caribbean cooking classes?

    A friend went to a Carib cooking class at Calphalon center (King & Spadina) a year or so ago - not sure if they still offer it ? They have the class schedule on their website.
