I'm looking for a duck recipe that is on the sweet side (not cloying though,) something with some type of fruit reduction, raspberry? blueberry? delicious suggestions wanted.
Duck Breast with Quince Compote (fruit varies - change it with the season)http://travel.nytimes.com/2006/12/13/...
D'Artagnan's website has a basic recipe for preparing "magret" (duck breast). It's very easy and always turns out splendidly. The sauce is a reduction, so you could add a fruit liquor + diced pieces of a corresponding fruit.
