DePasquale's Sausage Factory

Okay, I know where this place is, on Watertown Street in Nonantum. Does anyone know their hours and what they have besides those excellent fresh Italian sausages they sell at Russo's? They haven't been carrying the hot Italian at Russo's recently and I'd like to stock up.

  1. We only go on Saturdays so I can't help with the hours but I know the store pretty well. There are several kinds of sausage: sweet, hot, chinese, cheese garlic and sometimes an herb Italian. Our faves are sweet (a 5 lb box is a deal) and cheese garlic. They tend to sell out on Saturday during the summer so go early. The meat is fresh and often a bargain. We often buy chicken, pork chops, steak (usually rib eye) , hamburg and when they have it - meatlof or meatball mix. This is a beef sausage grind to die for. We use it for bolognese sauce and meatballs and meatloaf. They have a good selection of pasta (quality Italian brands) and other Italian specialties. The freezer is a treasure trove of homemade ravioli. The place is tiny. Say hi to Maria.

    1. They are open daily but close around 5-5:30...garlic and cheese make the carnivores go nuts! They also have a tomato/basil but it seems to be seasonal.
