      <content>Gringo Quesadillas: take a burrito size flour tortilla, add cubed/chopped leftover steak, chicken or pork, spread on some 'gringo salsa' (chopped onions &amp; garlic cooked in a little olive oil). Sprinkle generously with cheese of your choice, fold over and pop in the Foreman until cheese is melted. Mmmm...</content>

I've found that anything that has to cook doesn't do well. I've ruined steak, burgers, fish, etc.

Sandwiches and grilled burritos are superb on it.

      <content>I use it as a panini press. Turkey, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and basil is my fave. And there's almost no cleanup!</content>

      <content>It is used as a panini press much more frequently than actual cooking although I have been known to cook small bone/skin less chicken breasts/thighs in it if I need it for a salad. But, I do like the idea of burritos.  </content>
