what is going on at SUR

the restaurant on the corner of butler and smith looks empty and not functioning, but is hear they open every once in a while... anyone know what is up with that space?

It's usually open when I walk by, but I have wondered the same thing. I was there a couple of months ago on a weekend night when they had live music. Just had drinks and did a little dancing. I haven't seen anyone actually EATING there in quite some time.
