Boneless Short Ribs with Beer?
I've got a package of boneless short ribs (i.e., strips of short rib meat) and would love to do a braise using stout (similar to the Braised Short Ribs recipe in the Zuni Cafe cookbook). However, all the recipes for short ribs assume bone-in ribs. Any advice/recipes? I guess I'm looking for something more stew-like, using beer. Thanks!
