Quick lunch with ladies

I am looking for a place to have a quick (well, about an hour) but pleasant sit-down lunch with my mom, grandmother and elderly aunt. I work at 57th and 5th. Table service isn't necessary, but we definitely need to be able to sit and eat. Buchon Bakery came to mind, but I've never been.

Suggestions appreciated!

Petrossian Cafe and Le Pain Quotiden along 7th Ave and 57-58 streets serve light and tasty sandwiches. Petrossian has really yummy pastries and cake for dessert if you can spare the time too.

The lobster BLT is supposed to be fabulous at the cafe (Snaks?) inside Saks 5th Avenue. It's a quick-turnover kind of place.

Mangia on 57th has waiter service upstairs if you don't want to have to jockey for a table downstairs. Lots of choices of delicious food!
