Vegan Gourmet Chocolates in NYC?

Anyone know where one might find *great* vegan chocolates in NYC? I know they're available online, but local would be better by far. And if they're Easter specific (ie: bunnies, etc.) that's even better!

Thanks in advance,

A bit of a belated response, but if this can't be help to you then perhaps it will be to vegan chocolate-seeking posterity. I don't think it was even around in '07 so it COULDN'T have helped you then, but here goes: there's a chocolate shop on 9th ave in Chelsea called Cocoa V which is 100% vegan and the chocolates are outrageously good. They've also got vegan baked goods and coffee and a selection of wines. The main thing is the chocolate, though, and if you're looking again THIS Easter, I definitely recommend it. They did have little chocolate eggs and bunnies for Easter, and they also had stuff for Valentine's Day. Be warned it is a bit on the pricey side, but if you don't mind paying for quality it's nice for the occasional treat.

Beyond filling certain dietary requirements, I would find it difficult to find a reason to eat the chocolates from Cocoa V.
