Crowd needs drinks and food in Laurel

JonParker Mar 18, 2007 09:24 AM

A friend of mine is looking for a place in Laurel or Odenton that can accomodate 15-20 somewhat rowdy people for drinks and hopefully decent food, mostly sandwiches and appetizers.

Any suggestions?

You may want to consider the Wild Buffalo Grill on Route 1 in "North" Laurel. Plenty of parking, and pool tables. I go for the Frito Pie.

Especially if you can get the basement room, try Oliver's, 531 Main Street, Laurel. Another possibility would be the Green Turtle, 14150 Baltimore Avenue. Both better choices for a "rowdy" crowd.

A few miles away is newer, roomier Green Turtle Off McGaw Road in Coulumbia(near Apple Ford)

Rams Head in Savage Mill off Rt 1 (just south of 32). Not great food, but their own beer and decent happy hour.
