It's called "soy-n-joy" and they have a whole line of soy ice cream with a lot of flavours that you don't typically find. The owners actually have degrees in food science and I think they like to experiment with different flavours! There are some newspaper articles on their window. We sampled the black sesame (fantastic), pistachio bean (yummy), red wine chocolate (very nice and not too sweet), mandarin chocolate (weakest of the bunch), mango (good), almond creme (excellent), raspberry chocolate (good) and red bean (good). They are such a nice couple. This product was extremely low-cal and also claimed to be kosher. They had about 30 flavours in rotation. I don't think it was soy, but maybe... I thought they were brilliant, but they vanished. Could this product be any relation to that which you describe? If not, does anyone know what I'm talking about???
