I've just discovered 'Bread Builders'. I know, I know, it's been out for years, but I just found it.
How can I taste this kind of bread (actually, I'm thinking wood-fired sourdough, but I can't edit the title) between San Diego and LA?
Not sure what Bread Builders is, but there's a Persian market on Convoy St. called Parsian International Market and Deli, and they sell a Persian wood-fired bread. It's great, and quite inexpensive.
I'll try it. Thanks.
Best bet is ask on the LA boards. If its not there - Chicago or NY
