Has Lure Gone?

I have been trying to make a reservation at Lure for dinner. They have been "closed for reservations" and now when I call, the number is not in service. I have this sinking familiar feeling......the food was so good there. Does anyone know anything? And what is it with the Annex sinkhole?

Agreed on the terrible. Went for Winterlicious and the waitress was downright rude. That and I had to keep my coat on the whole time. Granted it was the coldest night of the year, but still. The food was actually decent, but I would never go back.

I drove past in a cab a couple nights ago around 8:30 and noticed the lights were all off.

i've heard horrible things about it as well- never ate there.

I've been there a few times, and always liked it, but the last time (a couple of months ago) it was completely and utterly empty for the entire time we were there. I hate to hear that it has closed down, though--I was looking forward to dinner on that gorgeous patio in the summer.
