Recommendations on what to eat at Aziza

Hi-

Going to Aziza tomorrow night for the first time and I'm very excited. I know the menu changes but has anyone been there recently and have recommendations on what I should order? What are your favorites there? Thanks!

Order the tasting menu to get the full spectrum (soup, spreads, entree, and dessert). Also, definitely a cocktail. I often order the couscous specifically to have as a leftover as it is my favorite breakfast!

Definitely the basteeya and I always love their soups. Don't neglect the cocktails - best Bloody Mary in the city in my opinion, and all the other drinks are awesome too.

        Spreads, Kefta Skewers

        Basteeya

Coriander Beef Stew, Stewed Lamb with Charred Eggplant

Spreads and stewed lamb w/ charred eggplant were my favorites when I went. Good recommendations.

I also really liked the apple-huckleberry cornmeal crisp

i third the spreads. don't be shy about asking for another bunch of the toasty pita it comes with, too. i also found the couscous (i think it came with a chicken dish?) absolutely fantastic. now i think i need to go again...
